Bridal Alterations With Careful Fitting
At Tailor's Touch, each project begins with an event date inquiry and a close review of the garment. We assess the fabric, construction, and fit before confirming the alteration scope, so the work plan stays practical and realistic.
Bridal-gown fitting plans and occasion-dress alterations may include hem and train adjustment, bodice and strap refitting, or bustle and fastening adjustment. Every change is discussed clearly before work begins, and the quote is based on the fitting assessment.
Planned around your event date and the garment’s construction
Bridal and occasionwear alterations need more than quick stitching. They need a clear fitting plan, careful review of seams and structure, and adjustments that respect the design of the garment.
Most projects follow a staged process with one or two fittings, depending on the garment and the adjustment required. This helps us check progress, refine the fit, and make sure the final result is ready for collection before the event, once all details are confirmed.
We also provide care and pressing notes so you know how to handle the garment after alterations. If matching materials are needed, they are confirmed based on availability, and any repair or adjustment is completed with attention to the original design.
